Yes, all rentals come with a Wake Riderz boat captain who is safety certified and familiar with Lake Austin.

Do you provide a lifeguard?

No. Wake Riderz does not provide lifeguards. Swimming is allowed at your own risk.

Can I pay a deposit to reserve a boat?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a 50% deposit option is available during checkout for bookings more than 14 days in advance.

How much should I tip the boat captain?

Accepted Answer

A minimum 20% gratuity is required. You may tip more for exceptional service.

Can I bring food and drinks on board?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Food, drinks, and alcohol are permitted. Glass containers are prohibited. You must be 21+ to consume alcohol responsibly on board.

What amenities are included with the boat?

Each boat includes a 140HP engine, Bluetooth speakers, Aqua Lily Pad, charging ports, sun shading, fuel, and life jackets.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance incur a $125 fee. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Where do you pick up and drop off?

Standard pickup and drop-off is at Loop 360 Boat Ramp. Alternate waterfront or restaurant pickups may be arranged by phone.
